i have not made vases in a very long time. quite like the teapots i felt it was time. this round of serving bowls is a little more asian in influence. i ovaled half of them and so far i like the results. i think i may do the same for the noodle dishes for a new twist. noodle dishes for me are something that i make when i'm stuck. its not the only time i create them. they are like a reflex at this point which is why i turn to them when i feel creative but stuck. i think the variation on them will be exciting.

Gina, love that you are making vases. I can't wait to see the finished results. I'm crossing my fingers some are in shades of blue, cobalt and earthy green!
the vase are black with black stripes and some in purple with darker purple splashes. the purple has a blue hue to it.
